  • KT4R／KT8R／KT9R／KT4H／KT4B系列的端子臺為從左側(cè)配線的
    構(gòu)造（KT2系列的端子為上下方向）。導(dǎo)線請務(wù)必從左側(cè)插入端子內(nèi)，
    并通過端子螺釘進(jìn)行緊固。請使用適用于M3螺釘?shù)膸Ы^緣套管壓接
    端子。

  • 端子螺釘?shù)逆i緊扭矩為0.6N?m～1.0N?m（KT4R／KT8R／KT9R／KT4H／KT4B）、KT7系列的M3螺釘請在0.5N?m以下、M2螺釘請在0.25N?m以下以下擰緊并避免松動。
  • 請使用符合本設(shè)備傳感器輸入規(guī)格的熱電偶和補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線。
  • 請使用符合本設(shè)備傳感器輸入規(guī)格的3線制測溫電阻。
  • 本設(shè)備未內(nèi)置電源開關(guān)、斷路器以及保險絲。請務(wù)必在本設(shè)備附近另行設(shè)置上述設(shè)備。(推薦保險絲：額定電壓250V AC、額定電流2A的延時型保險絲)
  • 電源為24V AC/DC，采用DC時，請勿弄錯極性。
  • 繼對于繼電器觸點(diǎn)輸出型，為保護(hù)內(nèi)置繼電器觸點(diǎn)，請在外部使用與負(fù)載容量相符的繼電器。
  • 請將輸入線(熱電偶、測溫電阻等)與電源線、負(fù)載線分開接線。
  • 進(jìn)行配線等作業(yè)時，請先切斷本設(shè)備的電源。在接通電源的狀態(tài)下作業(yè)時，可能會因觸電而導(dǎo)致人員重傷或死亡。
  • 進(jìn)行配線作業(yè)時，請勿使電線屑掉入通風(fēng)窗內(nèi)。
  • 為防止非預(yù)期等級的干擾對溫度控制器的負(fù)面影響，請在電磁開閉 器的線圈間安裝火花抑制器。

安裝上的注意事項

  • KT4R／KT8R／KT9R／KT4H／KT4B系列的安裝支架的螺釘鎖緊扭矩過大時，會導(dǎo)致安裝支架和外殼的變形。KT8R／KT9R系列請以約0.1N?m的扭矩進(jìn)行緊固。KT4H／KT4B系列請以約0.05N?m?0.06N?m的扭矩進(jìn)行緊固。KT4R系列請以約0.15N?m的扭矩進(jìn)行緊固。
  • 安裝至KT7系列的DIN導(dǎo)軌上時，請予以橫向安裝。在聽到“喀嚓”一聲后，請確認(rèn)是否已切實(shí)固定。

關(guān)于選件的熱度斷線警報輸出
(KT7/KT4H系列)

  • 不能在位移控制熱度電流的檢測中使用。
  • CT使用附屬品、請將熱度回路的1根導(dǎo)線通入CT孔中。
  • 為避免外部的干涉、CT的導(dǎo)線和電源線、負(fù)載線分開配線。
  • 僅KT4H系列三相的情況下將CT插入R、S、T的內(nèi)部任一2線中、請與CT1[(13)-(14)] CT2[(14)-(15)]端子連接。

安裝方法

為滿足IP66的防塵/防滴規(guī)格要求，請將本機(jī)器安裝到無凹凸、具有剛性的平板上。。
可安裝的面板厚度：1～5mm。

(1)請將本設(shè)備由控制板前方插入。
(2)請插入本機(jī)器，直至安裝支架的先端碰觸到面板，然后使用螺釘擰緊(請將鎖緊扭矩指定為：0.05N?m～0.06N?m)
